They provide us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of our website without express written permission by us.
MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a digital product without notice at any time.
SERVICES
Our services are based on a work schedule and the time put into the content created for you is reflected in the quote.
Social Media Management, Feed Planning, Content Creation & Website Design lead times are all dependant on the client getting content across to us. Any delay in this will cause delays in the services provided by Blonde.
If you are unhappy with any of the work created for you or your brand, we will ensure that this is amended until you are happy, but no refunds can be given if work has been commenced.
REFUNDS
Refunds can be provided prior to work starting. However, if work and content creation has already commenced, then no refunds can be offered and a refund can not be issued from Blonde Agency Co.
We will endeavour to finish the tasks and work at hand that was agreed with the service offered and chosen by the client.
TERMINATION & NOTICE ON SERVICES
We work on a month by month rolling contract. We do require a 4 week notice period should you wish to terminate your package or service with us.
We do however offer paid trial period months (the first month) which do not require this notice period.
USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS
If, at our request, you send certain specific submissions (for example contest entries) or without a request from us you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise (collectively, 'comments'), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us.
